First off, I promise you Julia is wearing undies with this — you can see them a bit on her hip — and I know that because you can see the crotch of them on MANY photos from this event. (It’s not scandalous, they’re very basic undies.) When I first saw this look, in thumbnail, where the details were not apparent, I thought “this dress has got to be ANNOYING, you would spend all night making sure it wasn’t riding up and flashing people.” WELL AHOY. On the other hand…a creative use of the noble Fruit Roll-Up!
