King Idris has an Apple TV+ show about stopping a hijacking, called, yes, Hijack, although it’s styled as H/JACK which makes it sound like it’s about someone who works at Best Buy and has an understanding of obscure AV ports on television sets. In fairness… I might watch a show about Idris Elba displaying intimate knowledge of that most beloved of objects, but I am not sure I can go there with him for a hijacking? Then again, reviews are good, and they use a real-time pacing gimmick that sounds like it works. He’ll probably lure me, like he always does.
