God bless Halsey. She never looks under-styled; I actually think this outfit is very cool. I mean, I could not pull it off, but there are many things I cannot pull off, like baby bangs. I also, at first glance in a tiny thumbnail, thought she was J.Lo, despite the fact that she does not actually really look like J.Lo? (Regardless, this is a compliment. We’d all be blessed to have someone turn around and look at us and say, “Oh! I thought you were J.Lo.”) J.Lo, too, would be able to pull this off, of course. And it does prompt a question: Are we ready to return to the time when people were trying Interesting Methods of Buttoning things? I might be.
