I am not in love with this dress — it looks a little it’s made of lining, and the cut is tediously prairie; the belt is trying, at least? — but I DO think the hair is fabulous. If only she could talk SWINTON back to red. Maybe we need a Council of Gingers to handle such matters. Prince Harry would, obviously, be the party planner.
