She didn’t get to go to Cannes. We didn’t have a Met Gala last year. It’s been a while since she was in a movie that she could (very entertainingly) promote in a series of increasingly wacky outfits. (Also, sincerely, Blake is great in A Simple Favor and I recommend it for your Still-a-Pandemic! movie night.) So it makes sense that Blake Lively was READY TO GET OUT THERE for the premiere of RyRey’s new movie in, like, a real outfit-outfit. This is an impulse for which I sincerely and wholeheartedly applaud her. Thank you for bringing us the bling, Blake.
