This line, Hodakova, uses a lot of repurposed items and textiles for its garments — famously, two tops made of spoons that Cate Blanchett wore. I believe Billie’s outfit here is loosely inspired by this fashion show of theirs, and I can’t help but be sad she didn’t pick any of the really weird ones where someone’s face is in a pair of pants, or the violin for a hat, or the walking cello.
