This outfit combines several of my weird clothing neuroses (I nearly wrote “all” and then realized that we all know I have too many for this to be “all”). And I didn’t even include “shirt made of necklaces” and all the associated perils in my calculation there. No, here the equation is simple: White pants + attached party streamers to drag on the floor and get stepped on + weather = the WORST kind of TP’ing.
