I think they’re shooting some of the residential Freaky Friday 2 stuff in a neighborhood near me — there are rumors — but I haven’t gone over there and probed because I am a terrible reporter. Based on the nostalgia plays we’ve had recently, I fear the sequel is mostly likely to make me go, “Wow, I miss the first movie.” I especially do not trust Lindsay Lohan’s character for, presumably, getting zapped inside her mother’s body and making her wear that. I guess we’ll find out. But to be honest, if Jamie Lee Curtis had to do this premise again, I’d almost rather they did it with her character on The Bear. IMAGINE the awards-bait.
