First, we had Elle Fanning. Then, Nicole Kidman. Now, Chase Sui Wonders has wandered out of her hotel wearing pants under something that is not a shirt, but not yet a dress. (In another lifetime, Britney put out an entire album of songs about things that were not one thing, but also not yet another thing.) And this is particularly bad on both ends of the outfit, even if you don’t factor in the wretched taco shoes. She looks like she’s trying The People vs. Sheers in court, and she is NOT on our side.
