It’s always fun and interesting to me to hear what other people are currently on the lookout for — do you need a new pair of black loafers, or a small water feature for your yard, or a nice piece of luggage for a trip? Are you searching for a new eye cream, or some vintage wallpaper you’ve been on the lookout for since 1993, or a vintage hatbox from I. Magnin? Does your dog need a very specific sweater, or are you trying to find that last fork to complete a set? I once spent like three years looking for the perfect grey pleated skirt and never found it and eventually gave up. This is because I had a black pleated skirt from the Gap that I loved and they also sold it in grey, and I convinced myself I didn’t need two — in fairness, this WAS true — and then I regretted it and they were gone and I never found its like. (INSANELY, I just Googled it and found it!! But not in my size. Wow, the internet is good for some stuff, though.)
