There have been a lot of reviews of shows that talk about Gen Z and the TikTok generation and how to appeal to them via “casualized couture,” and such. Most of it feels like word salad, and the tenor of Pierpaolo Piccioli’s comments about this collection feels very much to me like he just… wanted to design whatever he felt like. I can respect that; it’s as strong a theme as any. Other than one yellow dress in the middle somewhere, I don’t have much to say until the very end; it’s a long show and my fantasy stylist brain is tired. I have a suspicion you guys will come up with some good ones, though.
