AFI did a nice job mixing it up here between people you expect to see (Naomi Watts; the stars of Expats) and folks you may have forgotten that Nicole Kidman has worked with, like Zac Efron (The Paperboy), or Cynthia Erivo (well, sort of; they did an Apple series where each episode was anthologized). Zoe Saldana AND Morgan Freeman (Special Ops: Lioness, which was only last year and I already didn’t remember it existed!). It is not a huge guest list, and sadly does not include anyone from Moulin Rouge, or her seminal work Days of Thunder. Although I suppose the latter is to be expected. CAN YOU IMAGINE if Tom Cruise had swung by?!? Honestly, that would have PERMANENTLY broken the Internet.
