Well, the Grand Ole Opry turned 100 regardless of whether NBC covered it or not, but they did a live special last night. I wish people had blown it out with some old-school threads and cataclysmic amounts of hair spray; I also wish this had been as big a deal as all the Saturday Night Live festivities for its 50th. And it really needed some Shania (obviously Dolly has too much on her emotional plate right now). I guess I have notes.
