Of all the nominees for acting, we had only one Best Actor contender here, three Best Actresses, one Supporting Actor, and three Supporting Actresses. Several directors also skipped. Maybe they all decided to hang out in the UK before the BAFTAs on Sunday, and this is just a failure of planning.
