Truly, there is no great delight than seeing what folks have finagled upon their heads for Ascot, the premiere Hat Event of every year. As a noted Ascot Hat Enthusiast, I must note that the trend of One Giant Flower On My Head seems to be waning, and we certainly have fewer This Looks Stabby.
