Somehow this dress feels both festive and somewhat tropical, like what you wear to Christmas dinner when you’re spending Christmas at a resort somewhere and I hope it goes without saying that I wish I were spending Christmas at a resort somewhere. Los Angeles is lovely during the holidays, but no one is handing me drinks with orchids in them, and that’s a real loss.
She Instagrammed this outfit with the coat she wore to the venue and I REALLY wish she’d left it on for the red carpet. I get why she didn’t — she wanted to show off the dress properly — but it’s fab:
I feel like this is one of those coats that you wear out and find yourself absent-mindedly stroking it the entire evening.
