Let’s round some stuff up!

In case you missed it, we had some bits and pieces from the royals earlier this week: Wills and Kate and Harry went out to the London marathon, with charming results; and this morning, I published an enormous Wills and Kate retrospective  pinned to the fact that their sixth anniversary is tomorrow.

Elsewhere around the internet for your reading pleasure:

– Graydon Carter himself wrote a big fat piece about the Earl of Snowdon, who recently died, for Vanity Fair. It’s a lovely piece, and the photos attached are — as you can imagine — really worth your time.

– Daily Break brings a quiz wondering how much you remember about the aforesaid royal wedding and I must admit that I missed one question. THE SHAME.

– Princess Charlene chatted with People — of course! — about her twins, and a recent trip to South Africa (her home).

– Infanta Sofia of Spain, aka the second-born of Felipe and Letizia, turns 10 today.  A Spanish site called mujerhoy has a short slideshow, as did Getty.

– This is v. interesting:  Ian Coulson on Restoring The First State Bed of King Henry VII and Elizabeth of York

– Vogue has a good fashion round-up of Crown Princess Victoria’s recent trip to Japan.

And, finally, our social media round-up:

It makes me laugh that Maxima’s bouquet here literally matches her dress:

Fergie is really back in with the Yorks (I mean, she is their mother, obviously; I just mean she has done more events than usual with the girls this week):

I must admit, I love Bea’s dress there, whatever it is. Are those birds? It’s neat.
