Hustle is about an ex-NBA scout who tries to get back into the league when he discovers a brilliant street-ball player in Spain. It stars Adam Sandler, and it’s produced by the Sandman and Lebron James, but he didn’t write or direct it — ergo, I think it’s more along the lines of his Uncut Gems work than, say, Happy Gilmore? But I’m purely guessing. IGN called it “new to Netflix in June”! The Austin Chronicle called it “not reviewed at press time”! And I am calling it, in my head, Uncut Games! Stream it… eventually! And enjoy the Queen. Latifah, that is.
