Yesterday, it came up in the comments whether Lady Gaga is kind of her own avatar — whether, indeed, simply being Lady Gaga is one eternal cosplay. That’s probably true, and would be advanced-level science as far as separating her true self from the public persona. Then again, it’s also possible that she’s been so much to so many, in so many different flavors, that there isn’t a clear Stefani Germanotta anymore. Who knows. But she is never boring, even when she tries, which I think is why this snuck in among her Posh Professional Person gear. Bless.
