I must admit, I quite like this Pink Shift/White Heels combo — for all your baby shower/wedding shower needs, especially! — but not in New York in February. This outfit is made for New York in MAY. This feels like the winter version of when you wear your best new fall outfit on the first day of school in September and sweat your face off under your cute new turtleneck/tweed mini combo. Just because you CAN wear something — the sense that you own it, it looks good on you, and you’re physically capable of placing it on your body — it doesn’t mean you SHOULD.
