Well! Would you look at that. This is a really good cover. It’s a interesting shot, with a point of view, and some real personality, and she looks great in it. What a pleasure.
The profile itself is good; I regret to inform everyone that Elle is letting celebs interview celebs again, but this time the Celeb Interviewer is SNL’s Chloe Fineman and she does a decent job. And the interior shots are really good. There is a sort of odd moment where Lindsay is talking about skincare — she is of course starting her own line — and she is absolutely handling herself very well and being very thoughtful about her own ablutions, but her publicist chimes in and she comes in hot. I am surprised Elle included this bit, although I guess Lilo’s PR wanted it on record that she never had a facelift? It sort of Streisand-Effected the entire thing for me. Anyway! It’s an entertaining read.
