Last seen on FIONA SHAW!! on the runway. What fierce shoes to step into. I am not sure that I think this look totally translates from the runway to the red carpet (although Lily’s head looks so good). It’s so constricting — up to and including literal chains and padlocks, which I guess is useful if you need to chain your bike to yourself at any point during the evening. It’s also very voluminous in a way that does admittedly remind me of a black tie wine bag but also probably does mean you don’t have to carry a handbag because you can just dump everything in your dress. Maybe, taken as a whole, what this dress really is, is convenient!
