The IFTA Awards for Film & Drama are “awards given by the Irish Film & Television Academy for Irish television and film,” which Wiki also dubs “the Irish Oscars,” and although I do get why people explain things thusly — and have done so myself! — the Oscars do not only award American films! The Academy LOVES a sad British movie about sad British people. Nevermind. Let’s look at what folks wore to this; I hope Jessie Buckley has a nap penciled in at some point.
I must also warn you that the lighting at this red carpet was apparently abysmal. Onward!
