Soon, I’m going to write up a big post chronicling everything Lily Allen wore to exit the stage door after her performances in The Pillowman, which closed on Saturday. Truly, I think deciding to wear highly noteworthy looks to leave the theatre was a stroke of PR genius on her part; she got a ton of press coverage simply from putting on an outfit and walking out to her car. It’s tough to get on-going press for a play, and she pulled it off. Some of these were objectively OTT to wear to ride home but they were fun to see and they were probably likewise fun to wear.
