This is a For Your Consideration screening and, frankly, I would consider watching an additional show with this cast where they all play lawyers at….wait. Hang on. I was just about to pitch The Good Fight. So I guess what I’m saying is that everyone here, even Julian Fellowes there in the middle, should call their agents and see if they can pop up on The Good Fight and have Christine Baranski yell at them in court. Can’t you see Carrie Coon and Morgan Spector as big deal brainiac corporate lawyers representing, like, Big Oil or something? Who are clearly evil but also so smart and conniving that you root for them in spite of yourself? And Denèe Benton and Louisa Jacobson are Christine Baranski’s newest junior litigators who are at odds until they realize they work better together. And Cynthia Nixon over there is a sassy DA who is absolutely NOT here for your shit. Julian Fellowes will, obviously, be a crabby judge and his American accent will be terrible. I’m so excited. Please bring this to me now!
