This third shot is also very sweet, as are his words. Stylists Wayman + Micah also put up an informative caption about the Ao Dai and its significance in Vietmanese culture, why they chose the colors they did, etc. Social media certainly has its problems, but one thing it’s done well is give these artists and designers a more personal way to share their creations. Ten or 15 years ago there might have been a People article about this at most, which would also have been easier to miss; all of this feels more intimate. I’m so excited that these two got to create a goddess moment together, and I’m just sad it had to be under these circumstances. This deserved to walk a real red carpet.
