It seems apt that the dress she’s got on under there apparently has little sailboats on it, since Kate is visiting Hot Ben Ainslie’s Fast Boat Racing Headquarters (perhaps not the official name of this location but…whatever. As ever, our friends at What Kate Wore have proper deets on the outing). If the aforementioned coat looks familiar, that’s because Princess Eugenie wore the same coat at Christmas. I assume Kate stole it from her while Harry distracted everyone by setting the goat lose in Sandringham. Their thievery will surely not go unpunished. Princess Anne will not let this kind of shenanigan stand.
