This look reminds me of when I was a little girl and sometimes my Jem and the Holograms and my Barbies would get really crazy and intermingle their wardrobes and we’d have a very soap operatic afternoon full of dolls wearing a variety of neon parachute pants with ill-considered and non-matching footwear, running each other over with Barbie’s pink Corvette and throwing the doll rivals down the Malibu Dream House elevator shaft and it was fun. Which is a convoluted way of saying that I do not really think these boots work with this dress, even though I think they’re both fun on their own.
