Macarena Garcia — a Spanish actress currently promoting a film in Seville — has not yet put this outfit on her Instagram, so I don’t have a fashion credit. But my first reaction to it was, “Oooh, this is CUTE.” Typically I don’t love the little poof-ruffle at the bottom of a skirt, but this one is very subtle and follows the stripe pattern on the dress, so for me it works pretty well. And while a top cut that closely could be risky, design is unusual and effective so that the whole thing seems charming rather than like a cry for a hoik. But perhaps I’m just atypically chipper on this Monday, so I shall toss this one to the polls:
