Even if you’re NOT going back to school, you can enjoy the best part of going back to school, which is buying fresh new notebooks and pens! I just spent like 25 minutes on the Office Depot website looking at Sharpies, and almost bought this giant plastic tub of Pilot Gel pens. (Technically, I will use them EVENTUALLY.) I also thought about buying a Thermos even though I already own one and also don’t really ever go anywhere where I might need soup on demand. It’s like there is a biological imperative to stock up now. Obviously the concept of returning to school is fraught right now in many ways, but hopefully a fresh new notebook is soothing eternally:
