This post was, I must confess, inspired by the fact that my sister recently bought a bunch of cute ceramic pumpkins at the 99 Cent Only store. It’s going to be 107 (!!!) here on Sunday, allegedly, so it doesn’t feel autumnal out there, but as I always say — let’s shop for the weather we want to see in the world. Besides, you might want to feel prepared for when the page turns on a new season. Don’t want to discover you haven’t nabbed your autumn wreath yet when we reached mid-September! What about some felt acorns? Isn’t it the time to get your Fall Caftan? What about some fine leather goods? Look at these adorable pumpkins made of paperback books!!! Every time I write this post, I realize that I cannot resist pumpkin decor. I just really want to sell people whimsical pumpkin items. It’s decorative gourd season, motherfuckers!
