This post was inspired by the fact that I really covet some of these new bags at J.Crew, especially this little leather number, but also this suede shoulder one. I do not need a new bag! I only recently bought a new bag — this Clare V. one, which I’d been eyeballing for ages, and which is actually perfect in size and shape for me. (I realized all my bags were outrageous colors and I needed something more neutral.) It is not cheap but I got a tax return. It holds a surprising amount and I can swap out the straps. A new bag is such a pleasure. Here are some more pleasures for you! (And Madewell has a bag that’s similar to the Clare V., but less expensive. Although not UNexpensive.)
