Remember, the two play-in games tip on Tuesday, March 18, as in THIS COMING Tuesday, and once those winners are slotted into the bracket, the full Madness starts on Thursday, March 20.
One more reminder: An outfit doesn’t have to have been featured on the site to be eligible, as long as it was worn during the time period, which we casually refer to as Oscars to Oscars — so anything worn AFTER the 2013 Oscars, up THROUGH the Oscars that just happened (but no further).
