I feel like Eva Mendes is always doing something other than acting. She had, for example, a line of housewares at (I think?) Macy’s. (I had some tiny little nesting bowls from said line and they’re great for snacks.) She has a line of (not kidding) sponges. (Good sponges are priceless!) Now she’s selling a picture book called Desi, Mami, and the Never-Ending Worries, which looks very sweet. I appreciate a Renaissance lady — and one who is promoting her children’s book in a series of bright and cheery looks.
