So, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist did a preview episode the other night before starting up again in February, and reader, I cried. It’s not a perfect show, but Jane Levy is charismatic as hell, Lauren Graham is in it (she’s a recast; I’m guessing they will use her more in upcoming episodes than they did in the pilot), Jane’s parents are played by Mary Steenburgen and Peter Gallagher, the latter of whom is responsible for me getting all sniffly. “True Colors” by Cyndi Lauper was involved. Dammit, Gallagher, you got me.
