A couple of these photos are from the first day back on set after Willie Garson’s death, which I do think devastated all of them — as it would, of course, but everything I had ever heard about Willie (his son played sports in our area) was that he was just a delightful, wonderful person. I do truly believe he and the cast and crew were close, and his friendship with SJP was decades-long. It’s just so awful. The point being, I decided to hold onto those for a little while until we got more to work with, because it didn’t feel QUITE like the time to laugh yet.
In other news, this show is allegedly premiering in December 2021. I couldn’t help but wonder: Would the stockings be the ONLY well-hung things near the chimney? Happy holidays to us all.
