Yes, it’s that time again: Coachella is this weekend and next. Revolve here, which sponsored Alessandra’s appearance (I believe it’s for her birthday), is a big Coachella sponsor, so we’ll probably see a lot of garments from them at various special VIP lounges with palm fronds — in addition to all the other stuff people dig up from Topshop and H&M and random unhealthily expensive boutiques that specialize in wearable dental floss. From the waist down, by Coachella standards, Alessandra is actually over-dressed. Those pants rather work, and honestly, if she’d worn them with a tank top, I’d probably have ignored it. But that shirt tips off what season it is, y’all. So get ready for a LOT of macrame and tie dye and shorts that are more like frayed diapers. And of course shirts like this, which are really more garnishes than garments. Can a Fug Madness champion be born on the campgrounds of Indio, California? It’s happened before.
