Let’s talk habits — good ones you’ve managed to set, and bad ones you’ve managed to break (or are working on). I have, after many years, FINALLY gotten in the habit of making my bed every day. This seems small, but it really does help me feel neat and organized. (Also, it’s nicer to get into a made bed at night rather than crawling inside your discarded nest.) The bad one I’m working on breaking is doom-scrolling on my phone for ages before bed. I took Twitter off my phone ages ago, and that helps hugely, but there’s always…the rest of the internet. So right now I am working very diligently on reading before bed and NOT picking up my phone “to check it” once I close the book to go to sleep. What about you? What have you done?
