Yes, I know the lady above is not Lizzo; she is Anitta, another party guest at Cardi B’s Caribbean dancehall-themed birthday party. But a lot of people read this website at work, and even though I have no idea anymore who is in the office and who isn’t (and several people in the latter category are pulling double duty watching their kids), I’m going to err on the side of, “Would you feel weird if someone walked by and saw full-frontal-nipple-pasties on your monitor?” (Although in the end I didn’t pull a photo where they were so obvious.)
The Caribbean dancehall tradition is a fairly scantily clad one, and Lizzo obviously embraced it the HARDEST (she’s slide 2), but she was not the only one to play along. Winnie Harlow wore netting and what resembles a bikini in colors that could belong to several flags of the Caribbean nations. Teyana Taylor opted for something similarly scanty and colorful. And the birthday girl herself did this:

Honestly, this was probably a very fun party. I also enjoy imagining Teyana Taylor pivoting from watching Iman Shumpert on Dancing With The Stars to putting this on and going to shake it for real, like, let’s REALLY knock Bruno Tonioli out of his chair.
