I have seen zero promotion for this film, which seems like a bad sign for it, but it’s being released on Disney+ and I guess I’m just not…watching things on which Disney+ promotes their projects? (Do they promote them anywhere than Disney+? Why are there so many streaming services!? I’ll spare you that rant, but in my day, etc.) Anyway, it also seems like the only people really promoting it are Yara here, who plays Tinkerbell, and Jude Law, who is of course Captain Hook — which makes sense, because they’re the two big names therein. I’ve loved Yara’s looks so far, but this might be my least fave…boots aside, it might be a bit underwhelming and I’m not sure the styling works. The cut of her frock is great but the color is a little dull. The boots are great but I’m not totally sure I’d pair them with this dress, although I get the instinct. What do you think?
