She’s wearing this to something called THE CELEBRITY EXPERIENCE and honestly, I am concerned that she is that event’s referee. I’m sure there are ENDLESS penalties in THE CELEBRITY EXPERIENCE, up to and including “off-sides” (whenever a non-celebrity slinks into the VIP space), “face mask” (which is when a celebrity shows up having done so much plastic surgery that they have rendered themselves unrecognizable), and “roughing the passer” (when the celeb’s security is overly mean to the fan in question) — but Victoria Justice should be, if not in the starting line-up, on the bench for that event instead of working it.
