I think this cover is good and this cover is also EXTREMELY STYLED because no way is Channing Tatum wandering around wearing the latest Eileen Fisher For Men linen offerings in Toasted Oatmeal. Which is fine — he looks very zen, as the cover promises, and also very rich, which he is. The inside shots, on the other hand, have taught me that Channing — who I actually enjoy deeply on film and believe to be a dancing prodigy — perhaps only has one still photo facial expression, which is funny because he was a very successful model. Anyway, I want him to be happy, and the profile is really interesting. I could have picked multiple pull quotes. (I also learned that he retained ownership of the IP of Magic Mike, which was a very smart business decision.) But this is good news, about the third (and final) Magic Mike movie:

“This one’s going to be a full dance-icle. We’re going to swing for the fence. I’m going to dance as hard as I’ve danced in any movie other than ‘Hail, Caesar!’” he says, referring to the 2016 Coen brothers film in which he learned how to tap dance. “I want this movie to be filled with joy and fun. Everybody is like, ‘Less character, more dancing.’ So I’ve listened.”

HOORAY. (I do feel cheated that no one asked him about She’s The Man. Which is, and I mean this with absolutely sincerity, incredibly underrated.)
