Ronald Van Der Kemp apparently has built a brand out of making clothes from other parts; Vogue noted that he had fewer materials for this at hand, and so he had to get creative: patchworks from scraps, felt from a company that makes it from recycled materials, repurposed canvases he painted, and more. The photos are so trippy that they tend to distract from that, but maybe that’s the point; the focus is on feeling new rather than what was old.
