My feelings about this reboot are well-documented, and fairly negative — for sure based on the clips, but also just in general. (We also did a chat about it once upon a time.) Will & Grace was revolutionary in its day, but that day may have passed for a show that takes its particular tone about those particular issues. We’ll soon see. But… a ribbon-cutting for the start of production? That’s awfully smug. It’s not like that stage at Warner Bros. has been closed since the show went off the air, collecting dust and weeping at its own emptiness (and I just learned it’s not even the SAME stage!). Y’all, get a grip.
