These always piggyback on the ESPYs, theoretically because of all the athletes who’ve flown to town. But they are never QUITE as well-attended. I wonder if it’s a bad hangover-management idea to do it this way. Still, those who did come mostly gave it their sartorial all, and to that I raise a glass of last night’s Champers.
