The designer said this collection was inspired by Venice and Murano glass, but I assume it’s also inspired by the fact that at the moment the Emmys are planned for in-person and there are a LOT of nominees, a LOT of shows, and A WHOLE LOT of red carpet moments waiting to be had. He should arm-wrestle Elie Saab for all of them.
