It’s a mark of the world we live in that whenever a celeb pops up for the paparazzi more often than she usually does, my first reaction is, “what is she promoting?” Contrary to what people may believe, it’s not impossible to go through your life without getting snapped by the paps in Los Angeles, even if you are famous, and it’s VERY easy to be photographed if you want to be. Anyway, the answer is that Selma Blair is on a new version of Lost in Space that’s on Netflix. (She was also in the reboot of Heathers that got shelved indefinitely.) I have no beef with The Return of Selma Blair, and she and I have the same hair color now, so I’m rooting for her success with even greater enthusiasm. (Having that that, I do not endorse this idea she floated of doing a sequel to The Sweetest Thing, which is a TERRRRRRRRIBLE movie. Although this interview with her, Cameron Diaz, and Christina Applegate is fun in that you can tell they all like each other. But no. We cannot re-litigate The Sweetest Thing into being good.)
