Rita Ora performed this past weekend on Dancing On Ice — a decision which was somewhat controversial with viewers, given that Rita has been thumbing her nose at Covid restrictions (she threw herself a birthday party at a club in November, right after taking a trip to Cairo and not isolating when she got back), and which looks even worse now that Dancing On Ice just announced it’s taking a hiatus this week because its contestants keep having to withdraw, either from injury, or because they’ve been exposed to or tested positive for Covid. It sounds like a shitshow, to put it mildly, and they seem to be hoping that taking one week off will somehow fix it? Hmm. Anyway, Rita tried her damndest to be everyone’s Valentine, popping on a red David Koma ensemble that I’m PRETTY sure is a blazer and a shirt, given that it was shown with bike shorts on the runway. I’m not generally into the sandals-over-tights look, but at least here it’s in service of leaning into the season of love extra hard. It DOES seem strange to invite someone to your closet set who is a known safety-flouter?

No, Rita, I will not go thither. And what’s more, that is not your best hair color. Somehow I doubt you did it at home from a box; definitely ask for a refund, and spend it on some Clairol.
