The HFPA, that bonkers organization that votes on the Golden Globes, threw some kind of grants banquet last night with a modest guest list that included a Renee Zellweger sighting. That’s almost like seeing a unicorn, frankly. Although she’s in a very odd Netflix show called What/If and she’s got her Judy Garland biopic coming out in September; you KNOW the latter at least will score a Globes nomination even if she stomps around with pieces of scenery hanging out of her jaws. So maybe this is just laying some groundwork for a two-fer.
Also, late in the game I spotted a shot of Kerry Washington at this party, too, in an Elie Saab jumpsuit:
However anyone feels about jumpsuits, she looks fantastic.
