I love the festive, sassy pop of color with the red bag, and the dress is perfectly nice — it’s Temperley, naturally. But all the news reports are calling this event “a gala,” and I have to say, with the exception of her bracelet (which is basically all diamonds), this ensemble doesn’t feel very GALA to me. It feels very Fancy Fundraising Luncheon or Posh Early Evening Cocktail Party on a B-List Holiday or Whatever I’m Tired This Is Fine Happy Holidays. I’d say we’ve all been there, but…
